Uponor PEX issues - 5 leaks in 2 months. House built in 2015. Need advice.

Thank you so much for you response. What option should I choose in the beginning. choose to give the bad section pipe or not (and claim will be denied). Thank you.

Certainly provide the bad section as they require, but if it's a larger section that was removed, I would keep a part of it in case the sample you send them gets "lost".

If they allow a repipe claim, I would see if I could settle with Uponor for a payment settlement instead and have someone else (me in my case) repipe with a different product since I plan to stay in my house. Personally, the thought of having to deal with a leak in another 3-10 years would bother me. I would think it would be in their best interest to write a check to buy me out and not have to worry about dealing with me again.

If you plan on moving soon, then have them repipe the house.
