Type of cartridge for old Grohe shower valve.

Hi,

Trying to figure out what replacement cartridge I would need to fix this old faucet that came with the house. I don't see any serial numbers or anything on the parts, so not sure how to ID the make/model. Hoping to not replace the rough in. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It is a pressure balance cartridge. There are a type with a flat flange pieces and ones without.

Thank you @Breplum! I was able to pull it out and I believe it is Model: 47678000 (or maybe Model: 47080000?) Do happen to know if that is correct, or if it is none of the above?
