What would I need to make a cheese steamer?

Can I use an 10 gallon Hot water heater?
What parts do I need to to complete the job?
What are the Dangers?
I do not need allot of pressure, I just need enough to heat the cheese to 100 degrees celcius
What items do I need to separate the water from the steam?
I would use a cappuccino maker but I have found that the manufacturers use aluminum tanks
Thanks for your help

Food grade steam takes food grade equipment. There ia a thing called a steam dryer that separates water from steam. I don't know enough about making cheese to advise you.

Can't use a water heater to make steam their not made for that plus the temperature controls don't go to 100° c. 65° c - 150°f tops.
