Unfortunately I was not the individual who installed this shower handle pictured below but, I need to take this out and reverse the cartridge (or replace it if need be) as the hot is delivering cold water and the cold is delivering hot water.

However, the shower head that's in that product picture isn't the same as what I'm seeing so not completely confident I've found the right one.
There doesn't appear to be a set screw installed and it's certainly on there pretty good if it's supposed to slide off. If anyone has confirmation of the model and / or could provide the manual I'd be most appreciative.
