Is there a tool that will pull out a slip on handle that is stuck? See the picture of a handle that slips out easily but I have another one that is stuck. I have removed the two set screws, added WD40. Nothing has worked so far.

I searched for handle/gear pullers, but they all have a straight stem at the center that tries to push back the surface that touches it. I think for me to be successful, I need to push the dome down and the handle up. I can add some soft material to avoid scratching the metal, but I'm not able to find anything that can do this. Do you have any specific tool in mind?

Update: I was able to rotate the handle counter clockwise while keeping the stuff under the sink fixed. This removed the cartridge with the dome and the handle still attached. Now I need to somehow get the dome to thread out of the cartridge. As the dome rotates, it will push the handle up and that should free the handle. Let me know if anybody has any thoughts on how to get this done. The dome also seems stuck.

I see nobody has replied. There are a number of different faucet handle pullers out there, just Google it. I've also had good results loosening the retaining screw just a couple turns then whacking the screwdriver straight down onto the screw while pulling up on the handle. It's kind of awkward though.
For parts that are stuck with calcium try pickle juice or vinegar.

I finally figured it out. I pulled the handle like in this picture. I used the first object I could find of right height an used hammer to break it loose. If someone is worried about scratches on the handle bottom, they should use a plastic spanner.

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
