It is no matter hand or wrench tightening it still leak! I replaced hose 3 times. I replaced wash on the bottom of tank too. Tape or No tape on thread it leaks. How do I fix it? Thanks

I wonder if that fill valve bottom got cross-threaded at some point. A new fill valve would fix that, if that is the problem.

The threaded shank of the fill valve could have a subtle crack that makes it look like the supply connection is leaking. A new fill valve would fix that.
