I cannot figure out what stem this is or how to remove the stem. Here are pictures.

The stem has a D shaped broach and has a red plastic seal on it a screw on housing unscrews to reveal the plastic red cap that has one small grove on it.

I don't know if the stem pulls out or twists out.

The stem started leaking when I accidentally hit it with my hand in the shower to far past the off position now it has some play in it and it leaks only when either the hot or cold valve is one. This stem is the cold one.

Sorry I cant get a picture to show up inside the hole. Hopefullyt someone can help this is the third plumbing forum and no one knows a thing about this shower mixer.
