I have to redo the drain plumbing in the kitchen. Going to use slip joint plastic pipes. I have section about 18" and I'm concerned if I slope that properly it will stress the end fittings and maybe come loose over time. Should I be concerned or is there enough adjustment built in?

There is certainly enough adjustment built-in to maintain 1/4" per foot on the horizontals, if that is what you are asking.

Cheers, Wayne
