Shower & lav share drain & vent in Massachusetts?

In Mass - can a 2" horizontal drain from a shower drain (with trap inline) join a vertical 2" drain (with 2" vent) from a lav using sanitary tee that then continues to a wye into the 3" main drainline?

All within 6 feet from main drain.

I think this is a permitted wet vent - just double checking. Thx
