Shower knob ID and fix

I have a dual knob setup for my shower. Previous owner removed knobs to paint, and I don't believe they were reinstalled properly because they keep falling off. I'm unable to find a brand name anywhere. Knobs are cast aluminum without a set screw.

Not to sure if the brand but it's falling off it most likely needs a handle adapter like the one in my attached picture.

Can you take a picture of the whole unit showing the assembly together ? I mean the shower system.

Can you take a picture of the whole shower system .

This just looks like an and off.

Like I mention it looks like all you need is a plastic adapter that bites onto the handle as this is the reason why it was dropping .

If we see the picture of the system we might be to identify it and confirm what parts are needed.

This is the system, hot and cold. Showerhead was switched out.
