Shower Dual Water Flow and Temp Control valve and Trim Identification

Does anyone know who the Manufacturer is with this logo and information? We have a Dual Water Flow/Temperature Control Lever which we are having issues with. Wanted to try and purchase replacements without having to replace the whole wall valve unit and tile… appreciate any help identifying who is the manufacturer???!!!
