Hi All,

Thanks as always for the great help provided here. We renovated our 50's era house in CT several years ago including an addition w/ new bathrooms. In most cases, the plumber just took off from existing piping etc, however so much had changed that it became a messy maze of copper and PEX, with many shutoffs buried under air duct.

I'd like to clean it up while upgrading the main hot trunk from 1/2" to 3/4" as the drop is significant when multiple showers are on. Also want to stub out a connection to add a cold water and hose bibb to my garage (shut off in winter, of course)

I'll put the designs (basement point of view) below but here are my questions (disregard the yellow, it's the main beam):

- Do you forsee any flow problems where the line tees and goes up to the 2nd floor?
- I want to go mainly copper but planning to use some 1/2 PEX for where routing copper is a pain. Anyone see any issues w/ pressure or does the fact that it directly tees off from the 3/4 trunk help?
- I planned to run 3/4 to all the hose bibbs to get max pressure for sprinklers etc. Good idea?
- Any other ideas or better ways to go here?

Many thanks!!!

Here is more or less what I have now:
