Replace water supply lines on Grohe faucet?

As part of a plumbing project, I'm replacing the old shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. I'd really like to replace the braided supply lines for the Grohe faucet at the same time, but from what I can tell, Grohe uses a non-standard (proprietary?) connection on the faucet end (picture attached with green arrows pointing to the connections). Is this something I can find without going through Grohe, or do I need to go through them? If the latter, I'm sure it'll delay the timeline of my project.

I have an Elberon faucet from about 10 years ago. I have tried finding the specific Grohe hose online but have very low confidence that anything I've found would fit. I suspect I'll need to call Grohe if that's the only way to replace it.

Thank,
Tyler

Grohe said it's not a replaceable part and that if the new connection to the shut-off valve leaks, I'll have to replace the entire faucet. That's crazy. They seemed confident that connecting to a new valve wouldn't be a problem. Am I wrong to be skeptical of that?
