Refrigerator Water Stopped

I have a Frigidaire refrigerator that the water dispenser has stopped working. I thought it may have been a plugged water filter. But a new filter has not solved the problem. When I press the lever to deliver water, I can hear the switch click and a humming noise. It is trying to deliver. If I push the filter release button, the filter pops out with some water pressure. I have inspected the tubing at the delivery tap and do not see any blockage. Could there be a valve between the filter and the tap that is not opening?

The ice maker continues to work. So, I am getting water from the filter to the ice maker.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to tackle this problem? Thanks in advance.
