Rear outlet toilet height wiggle room

I’ve got a rear outlet toilet (Yorkville Vormax) and it says 4” is needed from finished floor height to center of drain.
Problem is that my finished floor is roughly 3 1/4”.

I’m thinking (and desperately hoping) that I’m okay to install as is (with a neoprene gasket) and it would still be okay, since the rear drain on the toilet is 2” Anyone have thoughts or experience with this?

When lining it up while keeping the gasket touching the entire surface of drain on the flange (2nd picture), it looks like the top of the rear toilet drain is barely high to fit in. Would it be wise to cut out a little more room up in the top inner diameter of the gasket to insure a fit?

You may be better off with a wax seal made for a wall outlet. A 2" into a 3" at the wall does give you some room to work with.
