Rainshwoer conversion: What S pipe should I get to elevate and extend shower head?

I like to convert my shower to rainshower. My current shower head pipe is at about 78". I believe the shower head should be at a minimum of 85". So, I would need a lift of 7" + shower head "thickness"?

Also, what is a good minimal extension from the wall? 16"
