Woke up this am with no water pressure. left on a drip irrigation hose last night and i suppose it tripped the low flow switch. here are the specs on the well.
450' deep well, 100' added head to house.
2 hp pump controls by Franklin electric. Model of the controller is 2823018110. i dont know the pump manuf.
I reset the trip switch but it didnt restore pressure.
Then reset the pump breaker
Then went to the field and reset the pump disconnect and when i turned it on there is a notible hum from the ground near the wellhead. Normally when you turn on the pump you have to put your ear on the wellhead cap to hear a slight hum. There was no pressure out of a hydrant 5' away in spite of the hum.
Any thoughts on what else i can do to diagnose the problem?
