Are there parts available to rebuild Price Pfister 910-0300 ceramic stems or just new stems? The rubber and ceramic parts pop out very easily but I am not seeing them available anywhere, just complete stems.

If you are the original owner, I expect PP will provide what you need free.

I know nothing about that stem, but it sure looks complex!

If the Ceramic discs just came out of the stem (and didn't break) then it can be carefully reassembled and used....the white handle stop at the top and the rubber gasket on the bottom should hold them in place while you reinstall it....I haven't seen the discs available for this stem by itself.
good luck.

The problem is the ceramics are scored by sand and don't seal anymore.

I never thought about contacting PP, I may try that for spares. I bought 2 new ones locally.
