Polyethlyene foam pipe insulation? Is there a real quality difference between brands?

Anyone found any practical difference in polyethlyene (not rubber) foam pipe insulation that is available at the supply house versus the big box?

I know for fact that Armacell (at least as of a year ago) manufactures Home Depot's Everbilt pipe insulation, though it is run on a different production line and it is unclear if there is a different formulation.
