Plumbing Layout. Feedback appreciated

Which of these 3 layouts would you chose? (California IPC)

None of them comply with the UPC, which California uses.

What would comply is putting the 2" dry vent on the shower trap arm, within 5' horizontally and 2" of fall of the shower trap outlet. And then downstream of the vent joining the shower trap arm to the WC drain with a wye that is within 6' along the pipe from the closet flange.
