PEX close to electrical switch box

Hello,
Ohio. I need to reroute plumbing (tearing down non-load bearing wall of course it had plumbing in it lol).
From the attached picture can the PEX be this close to the electrical outlet?
If no, would it be yes if I changed the outlet to GFI?
NOTE* this section of the wall will then be closed up with drywall. I think the black pipe (already there) is bathtub vent. I haven't actually attached the white PEX to anything, just stuck it in there for now for the illustration (but basically that is where I would want it).

yes its just a heat source like can lights and appliance b vents that need clearance
