No water tank won’t fill pass 10psi

The bladder blew in one tank and needed replaced, now I’m sure I have a clog somewhere. Pump fills to 10 psi and that’s it, just keeps running. I believe there is a clog somewhere on n water line. Two weeks before water went out pipes were vibrating me and spitting out sediment. Please help and Info is great

Water running out in well would be one possibility.

Another is a leak, and the water is being leaked out as fast as it is pumped.

Is this a submersible, or jet pump?
