Greetings, Noticed that the brine tank has 15" of water in it, (normal 3-4") and I am seeing the salt level go down about 1 ft over 2 weeks. Things that I have do so far. I have removed all but about 3 inches of excess water, next gen the level was high again.
1. removed brine line, drain line, BLFC all not clogged.
2. removed float, checked valve etc, appears normal
3. used 1 quart water, placed blfc line (float end) into it, no suction or water removed after 5 minutes.
[ City water 9.8 Hardness, 5600SXT, BLFC 0.5, 2 people, 1cf brine changed 2 months ago]. Suggestions appreciated. Pat
