So my wateraoftner stopped working. It was a morton msd27b. The unit was 13 years old. So I figured it was just at the end of its life. I bought a rheem RHS32 to replace it. I followed all the steps in the manual. It's been about a month now and my water is still testing just shy of 425 ppm.

I have verified
No salt bridge
Valve is not in bypass
The flow counter is working when faucets are on
And I have my hardness set to 25

What am I missing?
