My slab on grade washroom had the slab re-poured some time after the initial construction, probably in the late 60's, to raise the floors 3". To raise the closet flange at the time two ABS flanges, one inverted, were crudely glued together and then sealed and fastened to the original flange. this assembly has been removed as it was leaking and now I am looking for a better way to raise the flange to above the finished floor. If possible I would also like to install a offset flange to better position the toilet. To me the original flange appears to be brass with a lead sleeve peened over it. the elbow at the bottom I believe is cast iron, I don't see any joints in the pipe but the straight section right under the lead sleeve looks like it is concrete with a thin black coating on it that is coming off. Any ideas how this can be done without jack-hammering up the floor is appreciated as I want to keep the wife happy.
Thanks,
Trev

I bent up the lead from the flange and removed the broken flange I guess the next step is to break away the concrete from around the outside of the lead pipe and hopefully I will find a CI hub. I bent the lead in a bit and put an inspection camera in the gap and it looks like there is a hub there. I just don't know if I will be able to reach it as the last time I tried to chip the original concrete with a large chipping hammer it could barely touch it.

I managed to get to the bottom of the lead sleeve but it doesn't look like it is held in with lead, I scraped the top with a long screwdr

iver and the material felt brittle, not soft like lead. Is there another joining method that was used?
