I skimmed through some of this, but over sizing all of the pipes doesn't help anything in your situation.
You have high pressure which will deliver plenty of volume with normal sizing. Over sizing hot water pipes increases the amount of cold water in the pipe that will need to be cleared when you start to run it.
The only time friction loss is much of a concern is very long runs or very large filling times for pool and such. Seeing as you have plenty of horsepower behind your water there's no reason to oversize. Yes higher pressure causes higher friction loss, but it also increases volume. 99.999 percent of design with over 90 psi you could lilkley afford to undersize most of your system.
