I need to replace the 2 old toilets. I measured the rough in as seen below. I have zero experience with this, so can use some advice.

Seems that I need to buy the 14 inch rough-in toilets, although the 2nd is basically 13". Am I doing this right? Any advice on the models/brand for this rough-in size? I wanted Toto, but Toto are all for the standard 12 inch rough-in. I don't like the idea of a Unifit attachment, so looking for an alterntive.

This one seems to fit - not sure how reliable and good it is:

A 14" rough toilet is what you're looking for. What makes you not want to install a toilet with a unifit? They're actually easier to install.

2 things: this is quite expensive. only some models of Toto work with this thing + need to buy this attachment (another $90), and the guy who does the installs in my building (very hard for me to engage anyone from outside), is not that sophisticated, he can mess this up, because he is not familiar with this special setup at all.

Expect that AS to stick out into the room a planned 30 1/8 vs 28 5/16 for a Toto Vespin with the 14-inch Unifit. But also expect the Toto combo to cost a lot more. The amount of clearance in front of your toilet may or not be tight.

Yep, that's my concern too. So what do you suggest?

As you can see, in one of the bathrooms the rough-in is actually only a tad over 13". Perhaps I can install a regular 12" rough-in toilet in there? And in the other one that has a rough-in close to 14", can I use this one? Is it good enough?

A 12 inch toilet on a 13 inch rough may stick out a bit. You will slide stuff toward the wall as much as you can.

Many 14 inch toilets just use a thicker tank to fill the space. So the 12 may not stick out at the front any more than a 14 would. If you put in a 12, and have a gap, consider putting in a "space saver" shelving unit to sorta hide that gap.

The Unifit toilets cost more....
