Hello,

I’m planning on running the below diagram but have a few questions before I start. I’m in New Jersey for reference. The 3” vertical run will be roughly 40’- 50’ after exiting the bathroom before reaching the stack.

See attached photo. I’ve also included a birdseye view that includes distance measurements.

1) Will the AVV coming from 1.5” pvc under the sink suffice for venting the entire half bath? The elbow in the wall that drops down will be 2”

2) Do I need to keep the pipe at 2” until I reach the AVV or can I transition to 1.5” out of the wall right before reaching the AVV?

3) Do I need a separate AVV for the toilet or can it utilize the sink AVV

4) Do I need the clean out I have in my birdseye view diagram or can that be a long 90?

Does anything else look wrong with the attached layout?

Thanks in advance.
