I have a Navien 240A in my attic. Every time we lose power even for a few seconds the internal clock resets to midnight January 1, 2000 and throws the timing off on the recirculation pump schedule. My main objective is to be able to reset that clock without having to climb up into the attic every time. Other features like being able to change the temperature and the recirculation schedule are nice additions, but I need to be able to reset the clock remotely.

I had the plumber who installed the unit come out to address this, but even after he called Navien we were unsure if either the wired remote or the Navilink app with the Navien WiFi Lite could do this.

Does with model allow the user to reset the system clock remotely?

Hey, wait a minute.

This is awkward, but...
