Navien Thermostat Connections

I am installing a new Navien NHB-150H boiler. When I look at the wiring diagram it confuses me as to which terminals I should connect my two wire Honeywell FucusPRO TH5000 thermostat to. The boiler appears to have 4 thermostat connections and I used T/S 1 connection with the red and white terminals. But boiler does not fire, any advise? Thanks

If this is confusing you I suggest you how someone to help you. I would guess this isn't the only thing wrong with your install.

Do you have water flow? Whats turning on the pumps. Take some pics of the boiler piping and pumps. Look at page 99.
