I just had a 240A2 installed . Recirculation is off. Is it worth turning it on just using the internal plumbing/1 liter buffer? No external lines etc... Add: I was thinking it could help with the dishwasher that seem to use very little water over a long period of time.
thanks,

Turning internal recirculation on (and adjusting the setting and turning the bypass lever) will mean that as soon as you open a tap, fully hot water will flow out of your water heater from the buffer tank, because the mini tank will be kept on standby hot.
If recirc. is off, then there is a delay. You can see how long the delay is by putting one hand on the Pressure relief pipe and trip the lever. You will save that much water waiting for hot to arrive at distant fixtures.
