Hi. Does anyone have a narrow toilet to recommend to replace Mansfield 53(?) (1980); and what Rough-in?
(FYI: The current Rough-in appears to be 11" from the Wall to the Bolt. Should I get an 12" or 10" Rough in Toilet?)
Also, The Toilet-mid section (at front base) seems to be 9.5" from the wall (see photo). Will most toilets work with that?
My grandparents built the house, so everything is a bit "off"!

We would like the new toilet to have these features:
Elongated Seat
ADA/Chair Height
White
Single Flush
1.28 g (For Cape Cod, MA)
Rough-in: What is needed? (see photo)
Tank Width: Narrow (less than 18"?)

Thank you!
(P.S. I hope the photos show enough. I had to reduce them in size, so I hope they did not cut off the Ruler at a crucial spot.)

That looks like a 12" rough in toilet fitted on an 11" Rough In Flange. Most 12" rough in toilets can fit on a flange 11 inches from the wall.

I would be tempted to get a Project Source (Lowes generic brand) $99 ADA toilet. They have slimmer tanks, and are less bulky. They also work very well.

A Kohler HIghline Arc might be a good idea too, but the bowls on those do sit pretty far to the back. They have slimmer tanks as well.

Toto Entrada has a very small tank width for sure, and chair height. They flush very well.
What a POS rough in you've got. Code min. is 15" to wall.

Whatever you do, get a Gerber or a Kohler. Do not get a Toto from a Toto site with a paid advertiser owner. They are ok, but not better.

A Gerber Viper might be a good one to get. I believe they make a compact elongated chair height toilet. Excellent performers
