Moving basement shower drain

Building a new house, the plumber decided to move the toilet drain due to footing, instead of moving it back, he moved it left, which brought it closer to shower, but he forgot to adjust the shower drain.

We’re wrapping up framing and I’m trying to figure out what to tell them.

I can avoid jogging the wall by using a wall mount as long as there is enough room as there is a 2” pipe next to the 4” toilet drain. Not sure what it’s for. Maybe vent?

The shower one is the issue.

Is the only option to cut into slub and Move shower?

The problem is that the shower drain isn’t in the shower. It’s currently in front of the toilet and outside the shower.

The toilet drain is in the wall, only a wall hung toilet will work.

The plumber must be aware of it. Do you have a contractor? If yes, he handles it. If no you need to get the plumber back out. It seems you'll need to cut the slab. Is a reconfiguration need? Wall mount toilets are nice but the blocking must be in place for support.

Yup, builder is aware. Framing is wrapping up, so can add as much blocking as needed. No idea why plumber messed up, but so far cutting slab seems like the only option. Would rather not have a wall hung but with lally where it is, done see how it could work any other way besides the weird jog

Something gotta give bust out floor or put the walls in the correct location. Between the plumber , the carpenter, owner and or contractor something went wrong Ill leave that up to you who did what and why and who was supervising the job
