I suspect there’s no easy fix here. We live in a home built on a slab. The master bath has a toilet with a 10” rough in. We’d like to replace the existing toilet with a tall toilet/bidet, but the only ones we’ve found are designed for a 12” rough-in. Is there a way to move the rough-in out to 12”, short of jackhammering the slab, replacing the drain, re-cementing it, and replacing the floor?

There are a lot of toilets with a 10 inch rough. The Toto toilets that use a Unifit adapter can use the 10 inch adapter instead of the included 12 inch.

Not cheap, but those are list prices on that page. Vespin II is the cheapest of those.
