Hello , I have a Moen 1225 style pull and turn. few days ago I pulled on it and no water at all.
Prior to this there was some water leaking from the front just under the handle. so I was thinking I need to replace the thing soon anyway.
ALSO the damn handle will not come off. I did remove the hex nut from it, but still not want to come off.
I have got a new handle so I'm prepared to do what ever it take to get the old handle off. still can't figure why I have no water when I pull on the handle.
