I have a Goulds shallow well pump that I’m really happy with. Also have a cycle stop valve. I went away for 5 days and shut the pump off when the gauge read 55 psi. I wanted to see if it held that pressure. It didn’t. When I came home it was 45. I’m pretty sure I don’t have any toilet leaks. What is normal for leaking down? Could it be leaking past the foot valve?

Yes, it could be a small leak at the foot valve, but that is a pretty small leak. I don't actually know what is normal.
