Leak at the top of tank

Hi . I have a 64k tank with Fleck valve. I noticed that there is a water leak at the top [discovered water near tank].

It seems the top of the tank is slightly bent. Is there a rubber o-ring or some other way to stop this? New tank is quite expensive, so trying to find an alternative.
