Not going to help with what I perceive your situation is. That is intended for draining into a wall. It does seem to have a trap adapter, but no santee.

How about measuring the pipe now, and postpone the new photo.

I am away from the house. I believe it's 2" PVC coming up from the floor. Could I do a 90 off fllor pipe into the T with aav and then to P?

Two inch is good.

Could I do a 90 off fllor pipe into the T with aav and then to P?
Yes. But is that going to be needed? How far apart are vertical lines thru the tailpiece (sink outlet) and the pipe into the floor? Now that I look again, I see there is a stress indicating the two lines are closer than ideal.

Assuming 2 inch thru the floor, I see
1. three or four https://www.homedepot.com/p/Charlotte-Pipe-2-in-PVC-DWV-Coupling-PVC001001000HD/203390796

6. Two https://www.homedepot.com/p/Charlot...gree-Hub-x-Hub-Elbow-PVC003211000HD/203393515 in case a jog is needed.
7. One https://www.homedepot.com/p/Charlot...Street-Elbow-Fitting-PVC003231000HD/203393559 This would be used for one of the 45s if not much jogging is needed.
8. One OPTIONAL https://www.homedepot.com/p/Fernco-Proflex-2-in-Neoprene-Shielded-Coupling-P3001-22/100372290 This could be used as the bottom fitting, allowing adjustment in case planning was a little off. You could rotate the whole assembly as needed.

Expect to have a few parts left over. I presume you already have a saw to cut pieces of pipe.

I am hoping there is enough pipe below your current AAV to re-use and glue into a coupling above the new santee. If not, you can also order a new AAV made to glue over 2 inch PVC.

Thank you for taking the time to do this. Now this may be a dumb question but since I am really only having gurgling when dishwasher drains is there any real reason not to just leave it alone? I am a person who does like things to be done right but besides that.

The purpose of the venting rules are to prevent the trap from siphoning, and therefore smells coming up thru the drain. I am not sure this upgrade would stop the gurgling.
