Hello. I'm trying to replace my kitchen faucet. I've turned off the water supply and disconnected the lines. The nut that I think I need to loosen is surrounded by a black plastic piece that prevents access to the hex nut. The black piece had two screws, which I've removed. The black piece cannot be turned as the nut prevents this. I've attached a photo. Thanks for your help.
