Is this wet vent done correctly?

We seem to be having a venting issue with our plumbing. We recently (~4-6 weeks ago) had some bathroom work done which included reworking of some drain lines. Since then, every so often we will get a strong sewer gas smell in the adjacent laundry room. The laundry room is half a level above the bathroom (split level). I’ve narrowed it down to the washer p-trap periodically draining. What seems to be different from before the work is how the toilet/shower tie into the waste line and that the washer drain and sink drain now tie together before entering the main line. I’ve included a before and after sketch of the plumbing, as well as a picture of the current drain lines. From my research, I believe the washer can not be used as a wet vent and this drain needs to be separated from the sink drain and tie into the main line after everything else? Also, I assume the drain line from the sink should tie in at the top of the downward elbow on the main waste line so it can serve as the wet vet? Any other insight? Thanks!
