Is this flange ruined?

Is this flange repairable/ useable or do I need to replace it? The white part is up on one side a little and the metal is a little bent on that same side. If I need to replace it, which flange would you recommend I use.

If this is a closet flange, the wax seals against the plastic, either white PVC or black ABS.
The metal ring that holds it to the floor and holds the closet bolts is fine as long as it's secure to the floor. The wax seals to the plastic, not the metal ring.

If you make sure the white PVC is cleaned up, it will work. Either a deep wax there, or two rings stacked. It's a little low for a standard single wax.
