Is my filtration tank damaged?

i have a new house water filtration system and when I regenerated the filtration tank ( not the water softener tank) for the first time, I realized that I connected the water input backwards. (NOTE: Water softener tank was connected correctly.). Immediately after the regeneration cycle, I reconnect the main tank correctly. Did I damage my filtration system? My system is running and I put my main tank on regenerate again and it seems to all be running properly.
