Hey there, we recently moved into an older rowhome in Baltimore. In the guest bathroom, there's an interesting plumbing setup in an area that I'm assuming was an addition. I'd like to replace the existing sink/wooden structure with something a little more sightly. I'm a complete plumbing newbie, but I'm eager to learn!

My question: Is there a vanity I could just plop down, hook up, and just work? My concern is that the drain is so close to the wall I'll be unable to get a freestanding vanity to fit. That, and there's an HVAC vent just to the right. The back wall is a shared brick wall, so I'd rather not drill into the wall to install a freestanding vanity.

Where would you start? I have no idea even what to Google and none of the tutorials I've walked through have a setup that looks like this. Thanks.
