Hello everyone.

I’m planning to replace several windows in my home and want to make sure I choose the right installer for the job. There are plenty of companies in my area, but it’s hard to tell which ones are reliable and which might cut corners.

What qualifications, certifications, or references should I ask about before signing a contract? Are there specific red flags I should watch out for when comparing bids? Also, how important is manufacturer certification versus just general experience?

I’d appreciate any advice from people who’ve gone through the process of hiring a window installer.
