Looking at getting about 6 drake toilets MS776124CEG#01
They will be delivered in San Diego and i will hire a cross border moving to bring it over the border to Mexico

I have come across a few posts of people showing issues

So my concern is they arrive in Mexico and some have issues and then its a hassle to get them, i could ask the delivery company to inspect them but they probably wont and if they do probably wont guarantee that they didnt miss anything

I have been looking for them in Mexico and its more difficult to find and the price $200 more

I just decided to use the Toto Entrada instead of the Drake. The new Drake tank is just ugly and square. I am not particularly fond of the Entrada tank but it is so small, when the seat lid is up, you don't notice it at all. It flushes 1,000 grams MaP score, just as good as the Drake and a lot more affordable. It has an easily replaceable flapper. On the current Drake models they use the flush tower, and I just don't like them.

With six units going across the border, the smart move is to unbox and inspect every toilet while you're still in San Diego - check the trap glaze, tank-to-bowl alignment, and porcelain finish before the mover loads them. The Drakes themselves have a solid track record, but catching a defect before the border crossing saves you the real headache. Keep the boxes and receipts until each one is installed and flushing properly.
