Help. The main handle for this has come loose and of course no one in my house knows what happened. It is basically like hanging and I don’t know how to get it back on the valve. I’ve looked at the instruction/installation paperwork on the Moen site, which does not help me at all. I am not a professional, but usually if I can watch a video of how to do something I can fix it. Even if I took the screws off of this trim kit, it would not take this lever off and I can’t see behind it to see what I am doing. Any ideas?
