Is my basement bathroom plan terrible? 3 piece with a shower. I only have a 3" waste stack from the upstairs bathroom on the toilet vanity side.. I could open up the wall in the upstairs bathroom and take a vent down to the basement but would prefer not too so I thought I could use one AAV and join them in the wall somewhere, and on the other side I have a new dry vent, (2") and a new installed bathroom vanity that as well needs to be plumbed in. There is a current floor drain around the toilet area that I would need to remove for the basement bathroom so I'd like to add another one in my furnace room right side of the new bathroom.
