Help me identify 3/4 inch Grohe shower valve

Cartridge in my 3/4 inch Grohe shower valve needs replacing. The valve was probably installed in the 1980's or 1990's.
Anyone know the model name or number?

Cartridges are built like tanks and last a long time. Why do you think you need a cartridge?
