help identifying tub shower trim

I am looking for help identifying who the trim manufacturer is for this tub/shower valve. I know the cartridge is a Symmons, but i contacted symmons and they said its not theirs. The handle is broke and i need to find replacement parts. The wall that this is in is concrete, so replacing the valve would be a chore.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
