Help identifying faucet

Does anyone know what type of faucet is on this old Baxter sink? I've reached out to Baxter but nothing...
I plan to put these valves in an ultrasonic but it looks like it would benefit from new flat seal washers?
Any help is appreciated!

I'd bet T&S Brass faucet. I think, if you have the screw, standard flat washers should do. be sure to get some stem grease in appropriate places

You nailed it-Thanks! They have put me on to the right part number and I'm currently soaking the valve in CLR (pretty crusty).
